Terms of Use 1- No porno material or picture allowed on our web site. The web site is very strict toward such pornography and sexual matters. In case you post in the classifieds section or the forum any porno related material, you will be banned from using our web site, account closed and will not be able to use the web site from your computer as the isp address will be blocked. 2- No abusive language in forum or in classifieds. Both are monitored for abuse. 3- Use of web site contents and all its data is sole responsibility of the members who posted the contents. The company is not responsible for wrong information, abusive language, misconduct, impolite words of any nature. Abuse issue will be checked, investigated, and will be handled according to rules of the protecting every individual right and freedom. In that sense, No one has the right to accuse any one or company without evidence. Posting lies or abusive language on the web site is not tolerated and will cause you to be banned. General Conditions ORDER APPROVAL: This is an insertion order on our web site, and does not become a contract until it is approved by the Web site admin. 120JOBS.COM reserves the right to refuse service to selected individuals, groups or corporations and their associates.
ADVERTISING RATE CHANGE: Rates are subject to change without notice. Advertisers on contract at the time of change are protected from price changes for the duration of the current contract. Payment through paypal will always gurantee unchanges in serivice prices. Design DEADLINES: Ad designs and changes must be submitted no later than eleven (11) business days before the publication date. Ads submitted after the deadline may not be published, but will be charged in full. Ads including banners, classifieds, text ads, photo included ads are subject to approval by the adminstration. CHANGES: 120JOBS.COM accepts no liability for mistakes in ad design changes where the client has not paid for the design change. DESIGN FEES: 120JOBS.COM does design ads, but also can recommend an external design company. Clients must pay for the design company's work for new ad designs and design changes. 120JOBS.COM will only facilitate the billing and payment to the design company and cannot be held responsible for the work done. USE OF ADS: As 120JOBS.COM has negotiated discount design services with an approved design company, ads designed for 120JOBS.COM publications, banners and classifieds cannot be released for use in other publications unless a fee equal to twice the original design fee is paid to 120jobs.com UNACCEPTABLE DESIGN: 120JOBS.COM reserves the right to refuse any ad design without liability. If client has supplied an ad design which is not accepted for publication, but was submitted on time, client will be given 48 hours to redesign the ad. If client has supplied an ad design which needs spelling corrections or whose specification is not followed by 120jobs.com guidelines, client will be given 24 hours to correct the ad. If client fails to redesign/correct the ad to 120JOBS.COM approval the ad will not be published, but the ad placement fee will be charged in full. COPYRIGHT: Client is responsible for ensuring that designs do not contravene copyright laws. 120JOBS.COM takes no responsibility or liability for the use of unlicensed images in ads. COLOR PROOFS: Weekly deadlines for METROPOLIS do not allow time for the provision of color proofs. 120JOBS.COM accepts no liability for color matching discrepancies. SPECIFICATIONS: If client supplies own finished design, the format must comply with METROPOLIS specifications as detailed in the 120JOBS.COM Design Manual. If an ad design does not meet 120JOBS.COM specifications, client accepts that ad may not be published but full ad placement fee will be charged. Banners size Please check with 120jobs admin page for available banner size. MATERIALS: 120JOBS.COM takes no responsibility or liability for uncollected ad materials three (3) months after publication. Ad Placement PLACEMENT: The final placement of ads is at the discretion of 120JOBS.COM and no discount will be given for ads not placed to client's liking, unless client has paid a separate fee for preferred placement and has clearly stated the preferred placement in writing. Payment DEPOSIT: New clients are asked to pay a deposit of one (1) month's advertising and design fees, which will be deducted from the final invoice at the end of the contract. Options of payment •1- Paypal ( link is available on the web site) •2- Bank transfer ( if customers cannot or do not posses a credit card. •3- Cash in office if customer is near to our office location, and is able to visit our office during working hours. PAYMENT DETAILS: Payment, including cancellation fees, must be received by 120JOBS.COM by the due date on the invoice. If payment is not received by this time:
1. Client will be billed Y10,000 for administration expenses for each month that the payment is overdue, plus interest at 14% per annum, calculated on a monthly basis from the due date on the invoice.
2. Any prepayment discounts will be retracted and a new invoice will be issued with prepayment discount added on.
3. All expenses incurred by 120JOBS.COM in the pursuit of collection of overdue payments will be billed to client. Such expenses may include, but is not limited to, collection agency expenses, usually billed at 30%, and any court fees and expenses incurred. BANK TRANSFER: Client is responsible for paying bank transfer fees. If client does not pay the bank transfer fee, a new invoice will be issued for the bank transfer fee plus a fee of Y5,000 to cover the administration expenses involved. Errors and Omissions
COMPLAINTS: Any complaint regarding advertising must be submitted in writing within two weeks of the publication date and confirmed received by 120JOBS.COM to be valid. Cancellations and Changes
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT: When a client wishes to cancel a contract for banner, advertising or text ad, or remaining portion of a contract, the client must notify 120JOBS.COM in writing fourteen (14) days prior to the next scheduled ad publication. A cancellation fee of 30% of the remaining contract amount must be paid for the cancellation to be effective. Any discounts given in advance, for prepayment, frequency or otherwise, for which the discount terms have not been fulfilled, will be added back to the cancellation charge. CANCELLATION BY 120JOBS.COM I: 120JOBS.COM reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time with no penalty by giving the client fourteen (14) days prior to the next scheduled ad publication. Client will be informed in writing and any payments received in advance will be refunded. CANCELLATION BY 120JOBS.COM II: 120JOBS.COM reserves the right to cancel any contract without notice and without liability where a client has been found to have engaged in activity that damages 120JOBS.COM. Client will be informed in writing and any payments received in advance will be refunded. CHANGE OF BOOKING DATE: Client may change the date of insertion of ads for a fee of 15% of the ad price. Ads may not be postponed for a period exceeding three (3) months. At the end of the postponement period, client must book and pay for such ads or cancel the remaining contract. Ads may not be postponed more than once in a three (3) month period. |
