koshigaya or sakado

hi.
been in koshigaya for 4 years now. got an offer to go sakado. any insight about sakado?
in koshigaya we do lesson plan. jp teachers in both ele and jr are assisting me which is a great help. but, with the speach contest every year getting tougher, i cannot concentrate.
my school is a bit near to station so its not tough. I head minami jr high alt is doing less job than me, as the jp teacher is helping him all the time.
now with lunch, i have to pay about 4000 yen. got a meeting at the co. branch to explain to us from jan system. but none of the changes happened.
1-company lee and oda told me. jp teacher cannot assist me, he is still.
2- i do all my lesson. not true.
3- i have to leave after job is done. i cannot. school refused.
and also i still have to be there around 8 even though there is no lesson.
I told the company and the boss replied that he is going to check because that is illegal.
when he called me back, he asked me to email him that info. But if I do so, I will loose the chance to work in koshigaya next year. The school told me that they want me back next year.
I hope I do not loose that chance.
I asked them about direct hire, and they declined it.
I asked them to do my lesson alone, they declined it.
what can I do?
I do not want to work for Borderlink or RCS but sakado would be my last choice.
Komiya came to my school two times, to check my lesson with another staff from the city office. They both told me that they want me in school again next year.
who is going to pay for my work, if the school does not care to hire me direct?
