Q- Do you have special packes beyong the Silver package on your web site employer section? A- Yes we have Gold packages for posting jobs advertisments over 6 posts per week or Platinum Package for free space of posts in the platinum, unlimited posts for 20.000 yen per week or $200. Conditioned to same employer posts. Q- We would like to search resumes before we pay for any posts. Is that possible? A- The nature of searching in Resumes is not accessible outside of the employer section. Once you become an employer, registered and paid for the posts, you can search resumes of applicants who have already applied to post their resumes on the web site. Their contact infromation will be provided with their approval. So, basically, you need to be a registered employer to search the resumes. Q- How many Resumes are in the web site of job seekers? A- We cannot know an exact figure because it increases by the hour. Every hour new job seekers post their resumes on the web site. But for sure there are thousands of applicants from all over the owrld. We have over 2700 job seekers resumes posted every day. Over 40.000 clicks and views every day to our web site. Q- Do you accept other means of payment than paypal.com A- Currently, Only paypal is accepted, however, we will consider other payments in case it is more than $2.000 per transaction. A- There are two ways to make money through our web site. 1-It is all subject to your efforts. You will have a user account similar to an employer, with all privileges employers have. Then it is your turn to recruit other employers to join the web site. If an employer joins the web site, the employer will be in your downline of employers. Everytime an employer posts an advertisment or posts a job in our web site, part of the fees is yours. 2- Advertisers in the classifieds section. Everytime a classfieds section advertiser posts on our web site, you will get a commission on advertiser payments. Q- What is my percentage in terms of money mean? exact figures please A- Every time an employer posts an advertisment or a job post, you get $10. simply follow the calculation belwo to get a close idea. If you are able to recruit 10 employers every month. Then it should look close to the following 10 employers x 1 advertisement every week x 4 weeks a month = 40 advertisments 40 advertisments x $10.00 is $4,000 a month or about 400.000 yen a month Every time an advertiser in the classifieds section puts a classified or a post, you get $5. simply follow the calculation below to get a close idea. If you are able to recruit 10 advertisers every month then it should look close to the following 10 advertisers x $5.00 is $50 a month or about 5000 yen a month this is just a simple calculation. You can make much more than the figures above. simply recruit more employers. This is an estimation of 6 months employers recruitments of 10 employers each month First month 10 employers x $10.00 x 4 weeks = $4,000 Second month 10 employers x $10.00 x 4 weeks = $4.000 in addition to your commission on the first 10 employers again this month of $4.000 Third month 10 employers x $10.000 x 4 weeks = $4.000 in addition to your commission on the first 20 employers from the pervious 2 months of $8.000 total every month after the first 3 months is $12.000 Imagine 6 months or one year of income. you can easily make around $80.000 by the end of the first 6 months Q- Is the employer must be a company? A- No, The employer you recruit can be a shop, company, office, local recruiter, a friend looking for some employees, a bank, a post office, ...any person who can hire any one, can be an employer. Q- My friend wants to join the affiliate program. if he joins, do i get commission on his sales too? A-Yes, you get 2% of his sales and 1.5% of his affiliates. Q- How do I get paid? A- You can get paid through Paypal or in cheque. If you have a paypal account, connect it to our web site affiliate and then automatically payments will be sent to your paypal account. If you prefer to get paid in cheque, then you will need to send a verified address and we will send to your verified address. Minimum cheque amounts that can be issues are 50$ or more. ALso a bank transfer is accepted, if you bear the transfer and wiring costs and fees. Minimum for bank transfer 100$ per transaction to be sent out. Q- How many affiliates do you have and how many can be in my downline? A- Affiliates are restricted to one affiliate per city. Every city can have one affiliate as a lead affiliate and under the lead affiliate are sub affiliates. Lead affiliate are considered as partners, through which they produce and lead at the same time. They have more work to do, home work and office work. In return they get a percentage of every sub affiliate person that joins. If you are a lead affiliate in Tokyo for example, and under your downline, you have 1000 other sub affiliate, considering that Tokyo is a crowded area. Every time the sub affiliate makes a commission, percentage of that commission is credited to your points. Imagine 1000 people or more are working to pay you every day. Once you make a big number of sub affiliates, there is no need to make more efforts. Sit and relax, watch your money grow.. If you have 10 ads, with 10 affiliates, that makes 100 ads, x 10cc is $10.00 per week during the first week, and $20.00 during the second grwoth week, and $30.00 during the 3rd growth week...etc In 6 months, you make $14.000 per month or almost $28.00 per week.
